They’re pretty much the opposite of steel cut oats: these quick rolled oats have a cooking time of just one minute, which make them convenient, nutritious and delicious—the whole package!

While the texture of these oats is a little softer, they’re still a great choice for overnight oats, although that name will be a bit of a misnomer. If you soak these quick cooking oats for this popular breakfast dish, they’ll actually be ready in less than an hour!
