Ingredients:Butternut squash, onions, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, coconut milk, water.
Defrost Instructions:
1) Defrost before cooking.2) Remove from plastic container and transfer to a saucepan.3) Simmer over a medium heat for 5 minutes until hot. Stir well & make sure its heated all the way through.
